The tea for light wounds
21 grams crushed seed of Opium Poppy with 14 grams of the White Mullein flowers and 63 grams leaves of the Carpenter’s herb mix with 14 grams of the root of the Arnica  And 7 gr. of Greenweed root.
Pour into 250 ml. of hot water and drink all at once.

In countries where Arnica (picture bellow) is indigenous, it has long been a popular remedy. The tincture is used for external application to sprains, bruises, and wounds, and as a paint for chilblains when the skin is unbroken. Repeated applications may produce severe inflammation. It is seldom used internally, because of its irritant effect on the stomach. Its action is stimulant and diuretic, and it is chiefly used in low fevers and paralytic affections.

In herbal treatment, an infusion of Carpenters Herb is still considered very useful in arresting hemorrhages and is employed in coughs and spitting of blood in incipient consumption and also in some hepatic disorders.
