Cosmetic formulation

Here are given two simple examples of cosmetic formulation. First one is a new formulation for liquid conditioning Body Milk, this is provided by Uniqema Company. As it can be seen at this example, ingredients used for this cosmetic product are synthetic, highly sophisticated, very complex polymer based materials. Such ingredients require special equipment and exact technology to make final product, in this case liquid body milk.

Second example is the old recipe for the face cream. All the ingredients are natural such as sweet almond oil and bees wax for instance. This cosmetic product may be easily produced at home, since the technology is simple and it is not necessary to obtain strict temperature or mixing speed for instance. However, there is certain degree of freedom at the ratios between ingredients, which is not the case at the first example of cosmetic formulation.
